All prices given are per week unless otherwise stated Changeover day Normally Saturday but we are flexible.
We will meet you to give you keys for the property. There may be occasions where we will give you directions to the property and ask you to collect the keys from an alternative location. However, we will leave our contact details in all cases should you have any queries or require any assistance.
Arrival time from 3pm. On booking, it is essential we have all your flight details and times so we can make arrangements in order to ensure you can enter the property as soon as possible on your arrival. Please note there will be a surcharge of 20 € for clients whose flights land after 8pm.
By 10am unless otherwise arranged. Please leave keys in the property and ensure all rubbish has been disposed of.
Notes on accommodation
Linen is changed every week, no pets.
We have a no smoking policy in all properties. Please respect the owners wishes.
We recommend car hire but in most cases it is not necessary. There is a good public transport system on the island. Details can be obtained from information bureaux. There are buses from the airport to Palma, then another bus from there. Clients going to Soller also have the option to take the train, although these are not as regular as the buses and take longer.
We require a deposit on booking by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Please note that on cancellation at any point, the deposit payment will not be refunded. Depending on which property booked, balance payments vary from cash on arrival to payment six weeks prior to arrival date. We will advise on booking which one is required. Cancellation policies vary according to the property.

Kenyon Strickland Associates act as agents for the owners of the properties and can accept no legal liability however arising from your stay in any of the properties advertised.
Terms & Conditions
Whilst we endeavour to present the rental properties for which we act as agents in a condition suitable for an enjoyable and comfortable holiday, we cannot accept any legal liability howsoever arising.
If notified of any fault, deficiency or error we will do our best to remedy as soon as possible and if the condition is deemed serious we will do our best to find alternative accommodation of an equivalent level.
The price includes electricity, gas, water and unless otherwise stated, end of stay cleaning/linen, and where relevant maintenance of garden and pool. The price does not include wood or other fuel for stoves, cot, high chairs etc.
